Hot And Cold Stone Massage

This course is suitable for anyone interested in developing their skills in the holistic related industries. A Level three related body massage qualification will need to be evidenced before booking onto this course. On completion, this course gives you the underpinning knowledge and skills to access additional holistic courses.

The training day will include; preparation of therapist, hygiene and client safety, products and equipment, skin diseases/disorders, hot & cold stones/benefits, client consultation and client preparation.

How to safely heat hot basalt stones, the safe practical application of hot/cold stone techniques with all related massage procedures. Students will learn how to perform a crystal stone balancing layout. Client aftercare advice and recognition of contra actions will complete the days training.
