I originally worked in the media before becoming interested in Health and Wellness. I found that I was often stressed and my immune system was low, to the point where I experienced chronic fatigue.
After studying Shiatsu for four years, which literally turned my life around, I found I had more energy and vitality and my health and wellness increased. This became my catalyst for diving deeper into my whole being.
This led me to study Yoga so I could be with my body and breath on a daily basis. Practicing yoga became a strong connection to who I really was. I found that I could ‘listen’ in and make the inner adjustments that I needed to ground and align myself.
I soon realised that the Mind played a big part in the effect of my overall health so I began to study Mindfulness, Meditation and Psycho-Neuro-Immunology.
From there I went on to train in Hypnotherapy and NLP to deepen my awareness and understanding.
I have learned so much about myself over the past twenty years and I would love to share these learnings with you.
All the things I used to think were impossible, have become possible and real in my life. Taking small steps along the way and listening to my own inner stirrings, connecting to my own natural rhythm and flow, being kind to myself, taking time to look after and nourish myself, being open and receptive to life have enabled me to be fully present to each day so I can allow in it’s beauty.
