ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring for the Healthcare Sector

Course Overview

Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management this Level 5 programme in ‘Effective Coaching and Mentoring’ delivered across two 2-day modules taking place approximately 6-8 weeks apart.

Learners receive regular tutorial and supervision support beyond the end of the taught phase of the programme to ensure their professional practice develops and grows effectively throughout the duration of the programme.
