Incident Investigations training is offered by Human Resources Education Training and Development.
Learners accredited with this unit standard, namely, conduct an investigation into workplace safety, health and environmental incidents (incident investigation) will, upon completion of the course, be able to identify and explain the legal and organisational-specific requirements regulating the reporting and investigation of workplace incidents.
Learners will be able to complete the required reports and process any physical evidence which may have been collected.

Introduction to Incident Investigations
HRETD is a legal compliance trainer, primarily of lifting equipment, earthmoving machines and health and safety training, with the emphasis on providing quality training.

The person credited with this unit standard is able to operate a counter-balanced lift truck in a safe manner. They will also be able to conduct pre and post inspections to ensure the performance of the lift truck.
The course concentrates on the general principles that should be followed by everyone who needs to work above ground level to avoid accidents caused by falls.
