This course meets both nationally and internationally accepted HACCP standards. It contains the information needed to effectively participate in the organization, development, implementation, and management of a successful HACCP plan.
The online version of our Allergen Awareness training can be completed in either English or Spanish. Your employees have access to the program 24/7 with an internet connection. Upon successful completion of the course and test, an Allergen Awareness Certificate will be issued.
Food safety training for non mamagerial employees is critical for all food establishments, and we have two options. Food Safety 101 is a classroom-style class that teaches food safety basics such as how to prevent cross-contamination, proper personal hygiene, proper procedures for cleaning.
All food handlers are required by San Diego County Code to possess either a valid food handler card issued by a county-authorized food handler training school or a County of San Diego food handler test administered by the current food safety manager.
