Training Room
When training at your location, our terms and conditions state that we would normally expect you to provide:
A suitably equipped training room, including flip chart and flip chart pens or a whiteboard and whiteboard pens
A projector suitable for connecting to a laptop computer and a screen or wall suitable for projecting on to
If you have booked IT training, then we would expect you to provide a desktop computer or laptop per student with the relevant software; if this is not feasible we may be able to hire out laptops and projector for a negotiable additional fee provided we have one week’s notice.
Provisional Bookings Terms and Conditions
If you wish to make a provisional booking, we will hold your preferred date for up to 5 working days provided that this is at least one month before the date of the course. If you are unable to confirm your booking within 5 working days, we will cancel the reservation.
Course Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted if received at least 7 working days before the start of the course. Cancellations after that date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed course fee or 100% if cancelled within 3 working days of the course date.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Courses can be paid for by cheque or by BACS transfer. You will be invoiced during the week in which your course takes place and payment of invoice must be within 30 days of invoice date.
Additional Delegates
The prices we quote are based on number of delegates attending. If you add extra delegates to a class after the booking has been confirmed, you must notify us so we can determine whether an additional charge should be made.
