Course Details

The purpose of a job interview is to find out whether there is a good fit of skills, experience, and attitude between the interviewee and the organization. This course will provide the interviewer with tips on preparing for a different interview format, what to expect, and how to hire the right candidate.

At the end of the session, the participants will be able to:

  • Explain the Interview Process to other people
  • Conduct a structured interview session
  • Develop suitable questions for a different levels of jobs
  • Practice their interviewing skills in a supportive environment
  • Improve their candidate’s assessment process
  • Understand the Do’s and Don’ts as an Interviewer

Target Group

  • Manager (HR and Non-HR) who is involved in interviewing session or hiring process.

Participant requirement for joining virtual training
