  • Name the protected characteristics from the equality act and describe why this is important in making fair hiring decisions

  • Describe at least 2 ways unconscious bias can hinder hiring decisions

  • Create a short list of what you should do before an interview and after

  • Form at least 1 open, probing, competency and behavioural question that they can use

  • State a successful strategy to deal with common difficult interview situations
