Introduction to Dental Implant Nursing course is offered by Ice Dental Implants
Welcome to ICE! We are very proud to offer Postgraduate courses in partnership with the University of Salford, as well as a suite of stand-alone CPD courses.
Our mission, based on our extensive clinical, research and teaching experience in implant dentistry, supported by the exceptional dedication and skills of our faculty, is to provide evidence-based training to all members of the Dental Team, to empower them to deliver implant dentistry to their patients, with success and predictability at all levels.
Having taught and mentored hundreds of colleagues in this field, our objective is to provide a great learning experience in implantology and help to improve clinical outcomes that have a real and practical impact on practice.
We do this by applying novel teaching and learning methods with on-going clinical supervision and constant support from our University and industry partners. Techniques and biomaterials in implant dentistry are constantly changing, so keeping up-to-date with new technology and developing your clinical skills is paramount for sustaining successful outcomes.
This is particularly relevant when the wider scope of implant practice includes diverse treatments such as advanced hard and soft tissue grafting, vertical GBR, sinus floor elevations and full mouth rehabilitation of the atrophic jaw.
Our research has shown that such evidence-based and patient-centred clinical training at our Institute makes a huge contribution to enhancing clinical performance and job satisfaction of the entire Dental Team, whilst increasing quality of life for patients through achieving safe and predictable results.
