Management is a process of achieving desired goals and objectives. Management is the attainment of company goals in an effective and efficient manner through controlling, leading, motivating, staffing, coordinating and planning in an organisation.

During the management course, the delegates will learn how to set and achieve desired goals and also understand how to plan, organise and manage their time.
