This beginner’s course is designed especially to increase your confidence in applying henna as well as to enhance your skills. Use this course as a stepping stone to bettering your job prospects or simply for fun.
You will benefit from this course as it will be taught by a professional henna artist whose main objective will be to teach you to apply traditional henna patterns. The course is run from Layton Road Training Centre, each Wednesday 09:30 – 12:00 for 9 weeks.
By the end of this course, you will have mastered the following: learning how to make your own mehndi paste and cones, the correct methods of holding a mehndi cone, building your confidence in applying mehndi, and lastly being educated on the advantages/disadvantages of different types of mehndi.
You will also grow in confidence through peer-to-peer interaction and creativity.
