The course aims to introduce mindfulness practice and assists delegates in relating it to emotional wellbeing.

By the end of the session, delegates should:
Understand what ‘mindfulness’ is
Be able to apply some basic mindfulness techniques in daily life.
Understand how ‘mindfulness’ can help them deal with stress, anxiety, negative thoughts and complex emotional patterns in everyday life.
