In this class, students will learn history, properties, and uses of a variety of teas and other traditional ingredients. Use various spices, herbs, and flowers to make a black tea blend, a green tea blend, and a tisane that you will get to take home to enjoy. The class will be a mixture of lecture, tasting, and experimenting with your own blending.
