Yet all too often, investigations are not prioritized. Untrained employees are ineffective investigators and uninformed workers are often unwilling to participate in the investigation process.
The goal of this full day training program is to provide a framework and resources to build an effective workplace incident investigation program and prepare individuals for competency on an investigation team.
