IOSH Managing Safely

IOSH Managing Safely ®  is for Health and Safety professionals operating at, or seeking to operate at Manager or Supervisor level. This qualification is applicable across all sectors and organisations. By the end of the course, participants will be adequately prepared to “ensure that safety requirements are appreciated by people employed as line managers and enable them to review their systems for safety, introduce new controls or implementing changes as appropriate to make their workplace safer.

They won’t suddenly become safety experts– but they’ll get up-to-speed on the practical actions they need to take and gain the knowledge and tools to tackle the safety and health issues they’re responsible for. Importantly, Managing Safely makes a powerful case for safety and health being an integral part of day-to-day management and business.

On completion of a forty five minute test & a workplace practical assessment, the candidate will receive an IOSH accredited certificate.

• Regulated IOSH:  You can choose to receive the IOSH Managing Safely certificate and/or the IOSH Safety Passport as proof of your qualification.
