Our award-winning Irish Stout wheaten, moist and rich! The classic Soda, with a twist and finally, Champ Potato Bread (there might even be a fried egg to top it all off)
This session will be between 3 and 4 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
The Belfast Cookery School was born out of love for great food and our desire to share our experience with you. Our classes cater for all ages and abilities–designed to awaken, enliven and revitalise a passion for cooking
It is a hands on course and throughout the day you will be making a wheat sourdough and a rye sourdough and will be taking one home in a banneton to bake the next day. You will also be taking home our wheat and rye starters to use at home and full recipe sheets.

Introduction to bread and sourdough. In this class you will learn to make 3 different kinds of bread e.g. country sourdough, ciabatta, and rye bread. You will learn how to create and maintain a sourdough starter from scratch and how to fit bread making into busy modern life.
Basic breads is the most popular course we run, its a complete beginners guide to the world of bread baking. Its been developed over the years to take you though step by step every stage of the process.
Join our expert chefs and learn to bake a delicious range of breads, experimenting with a variety of ingredients so you can whip up a quick loaf to compliment a whole range of dishes.
