We specialize in Management Systems as the service we provide are Training, Consultancy, Assessment & Change Management Initiatives. We are on a journey of change from inner voice of "Quality Itu Susahkan orang” to "Quality Itu Senangkan orang”.

As an individual being in management systems for more than a decade, the most crucial factor in this industry that determine you’re a good or great individual is the ability to understand the challenges faced by companies and being able to provide value and solutions by educating them the "Know How” to overcome those challenges to maximize the actual potential of the Implementation.

 We started way back in 2010, where we did a sharing with 27 companies with the theme on "How to practice Quality Implementation through Cost Reduction & Value Innovation”. As a result after initiating that sharing with 27 companies, Some started to have the right mindset and started implementing 5S, KAIZEN and other quality initiatives to drive more opportunities within their organizations.

 However. . . Throughout the progress, something went wrong and a new challenge arise.
