ITIL 4 Foundation Training & Certification

ITIL is the world’s most popular framework for IT Service Management (ITSM). The latest edition of the framework, ITIL 4 is much more practical than ITIL V3 ITIL 4, offers a modernized and community-driven approach, ITIL 4 also incorporates concepts from other leading frameworks, Understand the end-to-end operating model, and how Lean, Agile and DevOps are central interfaces in ITIL guiding principles and continual improvement practices.

This ITIL 4 Foundation course provides an excellent introduction to the newest iteration of the ITIL framework. Students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of ITIL 4, including new features like the ITIL Service Value System (SVS).

Students who successfully pass the ITIL 4 Foundation examination will also be prepared to move on to the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) or ITIL Strategic Leader (SL) modules which offers a holistic perspective of how IT can contribute towards business goals.
