If your company employs 20 or more employees you are legally required to have a Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC). Safety Guys is proud to announce that we are now a CPO approved program provider of JHSC Part 1 and Part 2.
Through engaging instruction, group work and class participation you will learn to become an effective certified member.
At least one worker and one employer on a JHSC must be certified.
To be certified by the Chief Prevention Officer, students must successfully complete Part 1 and 2 of an approved JHSC training program.

The course format has been developed to be a highly interactive program utilizing facilitated presentation, along with exercises to reinforce the learning process. During the class the students will work individually and in groups on exercises and case studies.
Our 12-week program sets you up to earn an apprenticeship as a Heavy Equipment Operator Technician, under guidelines set by the BC Industry Training Authority.
