Karate is ready to go in 2022! Classes resume from 31st January and we are taking bookings for anyone interested in a free trial. We currently offer several classes each week catering for all ages and skill levels. Given the large area we have available for training in, we are able to run multiple classes simultaneously.
Well experienced at Karate. We teach Martial Arts to kids from a very young age. We are dedicated and we respect the art that we teach to your kids.
Preschool Ninja classes for children age 3-5 years. Theses classes are 45 minutes long and require a parent or guardian at all times.
The best of traditional Karate and Kung Fu striking techniques combined with modern fighting styles of Muay Thai and Kick Boxing. Develop incredible agility and co-ordination along with a technical understanding of the striking arts.
This course provides an excellent form of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. You will develop greater concentration, reflexes, agility, flexibility, body coordination and balance.-
