The Kickboxing Course will look into the various aspects of kickboxing. Going through the lessons, you’ll learn the basic kicking techniques and the best defensive tactics for kickboxing. Again, you’ll learn how to condition the body for kickboxing and stay in the zone in a fight. The course will also explain the importance of nutrition and hydration in kickboxing and show you multiple ways to burn fat without losing muscle. Finally, the course will introduce you to the common kickboxing injuries and the first aid techniques to prevent them.

Improve your strength and fitness while learning a new skill by taking part in our kickboxing classes. At Phoenix Kickboxing, we have been hosting classes for more than 10 years, working with students of all ages and skill levels.
In our Academies we focus on self defence and fitness and incorporate the skills used in kickboxing into a great workout that will teach you the skills needed for self defence, get you fit and build your confidence.
In this class we break out the focus pads and bags. The aim of the game is to hit harder and faster, often working for extended periods of time with a partner or on your own this class really challenges your endurance. We then finish off with some core work.
