Kickstart to leadership

Aimed at:

People new to leadership who want to develop their leadership skills.

Kickstart is an interactive and highly practical leadership development programme for those who are beginning to lead others. You’ll increase your confidence, competence and capability to focus on your personal development as a leader.

Objectives:

At the end of the programme, you’ll be able to:

• understand and deliver what people need from leaders

• develop your leadership brand by looking at your values, your communication style, your Top 5 CliftonStrengths

• shift from delivering work yourself, to achieving results through others

• experiment with different leadership styles

• engage and motivate people

• build stronger teams

• delegate effectively

• overcome imposter syndrome.

You’ll complete an online Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment before the workshop, and receive a personalised Top 5 report. You’ll use that report in the workshop.
