develop your leadership brand by looking at your values, your communication style, your Top 5 CliftonStrengths
shift from delivering work yourself, to achieving results through others
experiment with different leadership styles
engage and motivate people
build stronger teams
delegate effectively
overcome imposter syndrome.
You’ll complete an online Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment before the workshop, and receive a personalised Top 5 report. You’ll use that report in the workshop.
