Many physical encounters end up on the ground. This class will teach your child how to escape and defeat larger opponents with correct technique, leverage and positions.
This class is quite challenging and technical and best suited to competitive minded kids.
If kids are wanting to grade within our system, this must be done as an addition to the Kids Kickboxing class.
