Our Tiger Cubs Students work through our Black Belt Principles character development program, with Harry and Friends, (the programs fun and informative cartoon characters).
Students not only learn their martial arts lesson they also learn about a new life skill each month, such as honesty, Focus and Respect with weekly lessons to reinforce each month’s life skill.
Tiger Cubs Program is a belt ranked program, students work on their martial arts techniques each week and progress through the Program belts, our three and four year old set the goal to get the next belt, helping them to focus on what is needed to achieve their goal.

At Jin Sei Ryu Karate-Do, your child can participate in age-specific classes. Each class focuses on different aspects of development that will help your child in other areas.
It is a combined system of stances, blocks, strikes, kicks, sweeps, elbows, locks and throws - some call it the original mixed martial art! We learn and teach three main areas, all underpinned by "kihon" (basics).
This course provides an excellent form of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. You will develop greater concentration, reflexes, agility, flexibility, body coordination and balance.-

Karate course is offered by Stirling Karate. The club’s head instructor Karin Prinsloo is a 6th Dan in JKA and runs the senior class at the dojo. Stirling karate does a combination of traditional karate, sports karate and conditioning.
