DurationKizomba means to party and is a partner dance that originates from Angola that is growing popular outside of PALOP communities since the early 80's post the Angolan War of Independence ending in 1975.

The partner being primarily connected to the leader's light invitations to move, and follows obediently hoping that their leader is actually listening to and feeling the music! Loads of fun where the play is on the leader's musical interpretation and not on the complexity of the travel patterns.
The art is in the fluidity and perceived simplicity. It is a family social dance in its pure form. Our lessons will take you from feeling awkward to confidently smooth as silk. The complexity comes later.

Although considered the pioneers of the Kizomba scene in South Africa, having introduced lessons, socials and parties in 2012 outside of PALOP private functions, it is equally passionate about all things Salsa from Cuba and proud of its African roots.
Kizomba, also known as the "African Tango" has fast become one of the hottest dances on the planet.
The dance sessions emphasises on teaching you to lead with musicality and confidence, while giving you the freedom to develop your own style. We want you to let the music move you and influence your dancing not transform you into another dance loot.
