Course Details

Anju is the Korean name for a vast group of appetizers, snacks, or side dishes. These dishes are often savory and/or spicy like spicy chicken sewers, but nuts and fruit are also popular Anju.

In this class, we will make and eat some Anju of our own, learning about the flavors and ingredients that are used in the Korean kitchen, and street foods.

Our cooking classes are partially hands-on cooking by you and partially demonstration by our Way Cool Chefs, all ending in a delicious meal for you to enjoy!
