K-POP dance focuses on the instruction of the choreography of the trending Korean pop songs. It allows students to connect to their favourite idols through dance, and develops a different approach to hip-hop dance.
K-POP dance seeks short, common, and quick: choreography that can be learned in a short period of time by the common population, and is updated quickly. Without doubt, K-POP is the choice for fans that are interested in dance.
Yoyo School of Dancing was established in Edmonton in 2011 and has been dedicated to the instruction and spread of traditional Chinese dance as well as other dance styles.
Yoyo School of Dancing became the first Chinese dance school to own a professional dance studio in Edmonton.
Classes officially commenced in the new dance studio in January of 2016 and we added another studio in July of 2017. We hope to provide a comfortable dance environment for students of all ages.
K-Pop dance is inspired by the dance moves made famous in the music videos of Korea’s K-Pop stars like BTS, BLACKPINK, EXO, Twice, BtoB and PSY.
K Pop Dance classes are offered by DanceLife X Centre. One of the largest and most elegant dance facilities in downtown Toronto, the DanceLife X Centre was custom built to make you feel welcome and inspired.
Starting with a warm-up and followed by a short choreography to various K-POP dances by your favourite artists. Students will learn basic techniques and choreography as each section of the dance is broken down.
In this class, you will be learning original Kpop choreography danced by your favorite Kpop groups!
