This 1 Day Leadership & Management Course is for managers who have never had any formal leadership training or for leaders who want to further develop their understanding and use of tools and techniques to deliver better results.
You will gain a comprehensive knowledge of the key skills and techniques required to be an effective manager and a greater awareness and perspective of how to lead people to maximise their performance.
During this course, you will be equipped with the theory of being a good manager through various techniques and models and how you can apply these in real-world scenarios.
You will learn about your own behavioural styles through practical exercises and how these can be used to build rapport with team members to enable you to lead confidently.
Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to draw on your own experiences and hear from other delegates’ real-world examples to help you embed your learning.
As well as being provided with a delegate manual for you to complete on the course day to take away with you for reference you will also be provided with 3 months of support for any follow-up questions you may have about the course content.
