This leadership course is grounded in local government context with experiential learning challenges. This course focuses relational leadership and how to lead with influence, empathy, the importance of communication, innovative ways of thinking, being and doing and self-reflection through the lens of management theories and structures.
The course teachings are based on evidence and rigour, drawing on cutting edge theory and practice relating to leadership development. The program encourages self-reflection in relation to your leadership development with the workshop closing with a self-reflection ‘check-out’ exercise.
