Since 1993, the program has supported the growth of skilled, motivated supervisors and managers in a center’s safety and quality culture.

The Fund offers a two day supervisory training which focuses on the fundamentals of effective supervision and leadership. The Texas Council Risk Management Fund (the Fund) is a self-insurance pool formed by Texas community centers to provide expert resources and access to a customized insurance program for its members.
