While change can be complex, there are simple ways you can improve the experience for your teams and increase their resilience to the overall change process.
During this course, you will learn some of the basics around human motivation, how to engage people in change and how to counter resistance. More importantly, you'll discover how to communicate with people as they progress through transition.
This course will teach you how to:
Understand the difference between managing and leading change
Develop your change leadership style
Identify what transition might mean for your staff and how to move them through
Improve facilitation, coaching and communication skills around change and resistance
Understand change agility and how you can support people to be more resilient.
