This five-day intensive Lean Six Sigma short course is based on a hands-on approach to understanding the continuous improvement process.
You’ll explore the tools, practices and software solutions used by Lean Six Sigma Green Belt facilitators, deploying them at each stage of the define, measure, analyse, improve and control (DMAIC) process that drives the Lean Six Sigma approach.
Guided by seasoned experts from the award-winning UTS Business School, you’ll be challenged to reflect on and apply your learning to a range of scenarios, contexts and assessments. By the end of the course, you’ll have an actionable plan for an improvement project, as well as the skills and tools to execute it.
