“Research has shown that typically only about 5% of the time taken to process something consists of value adding activity, which is the work that customer cares about.”

In our session we have a team exercise where we conduct a ‘Waste Walk’ where we identify in each delegates own work environment Value Add, Non Value Add, duplicate activities etc. We also look at the effects on interdepartmental relationships.
