We hope you will bring your bubble of friends & families! Come have fun! In-person classes will be limited to 4 to 6 students. It is up to you to gather the 4-6 students you wish to take a class with.
Unlike in the past, we are not gathering signing up students individually, instead, for your safety and comfort level, it is up to you to bring us a group of 4-6 and reserve a spot for the class you desire.
Here we learn to make the easy and delicious labneh (strained yogurt with lemon and herbs), bright and zingy tabbouleh (bulgur, parsley, tomato salad), and baba ghanouj (smoky roasted eggplant dip) with pita bread, chips and vegetables for dipping.
In this class you will prepare delicious Lebanese recipes, with authentic spices, fresh produce, and simple hands on instruction by Carmela. The class will be followed by enjoying your meal with your class mates.
