What you will Learn
You will learn how to bend and joint copper pipes, connect pipes and fittings to appliances, construct combined frames, and install rainwater goods. Additionally, you will gain skills in working with low carbon steel pipes and fittings.
Assessment
Assessments consist of a combination of practical and theory examinations.
Progression
Career opportunities are available upon completion of this qualification through the Multi-Skill Qualifications Level 1 and 2, or Plumbing Level 1.
Career Options
Career opportunities available uponcompleting this qualification within the domestic plumbing and heating sectors could include plumbing and heating engineer and specialised craftsperson. Other options are working within the DIY retail sector, Caretaker, Handyperson.
