Learning outcomes
Understand the role and responsibilities of a first aider.

The Emergency First Aid at Work course is ideal for workplaces that present few health and safety risks and where a nominated person is required to take charge in the event of illness or accident.
This qualification is delivered over three days. It is for those working in higher-risk workplaces, or lower-risk workplaces with larger numbers of staff and visitors.
This 3 day course is run in conjunction with our partners at British Red Cross and St Johns Ambulance and is designed to give the end user an in depth knowledge of First Aid so that he/she can fulfil First Aider responsibilities at their place of work.
This qualification is based on the HSE training standard for delivery of First Aid at Work courses for the purposes of the Health & Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981.
The Emergency First Response First Aid at Work (Great Britain) course is a Health and Safety Executive (HSE) approved first aid course for the purpose of meeting the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
