What will I learn
Our level 2 course will cover the roles and responsibilities of the early years practitioner, promoting play in the early years setting and understanding how to support a child’s development.
You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours in our industry standard craft room, baby rooms and nursery dedicated for our childcare students.
How will I learn
You will learn through a range of formats including lectures and assignments, group work, work placements, demonstrations and guest speakers.

At Redcar & Cleveland College we care about our student’s wellbeing and fitness. That is why we have a brand new state of the art fitness suite on site with the all the equipment students need to help live a healthy lifestyle.
The college also has Level 3 Personal Trainers, which as part of their course, can offer fitness and nutritional advice and can also plan workout regimes to help students stay in shape.
