This course covers topics such as understanding the roles and responsibilities of a team leader, communication techniques for effective team collaboration, motivation and performance management, and conflict resolution strategies. The purpose of the qualification is to develop learners’ knowledge and understanding of team leading to enable them to progress to other qualifications or employment.

Assessment

Students enrolled onto this course will be allocated an Assessor/Tutor. All units will be individually internally assessed using a range of assessment methods. Assessment will be Internally Quality Assured (IQA) and Externally Quality Assured (EQA) by the Awarding Organisation.

The different types/methods of assessment will be discussed between student and Assessor/Tutor.

Entry Requirements
