Who we are

HZL is an established private training provider founded in 2000 and based in the Derby area.  We supply both recognised and bespoke courses and training to all areas of industry through our team of highly qualified and operationally experienced teachers, trainers and practitioners.

HZL was formed to fill a gap in the market for quality assured training to ensure compliance with national training and occupational standards within the areas of education and training, assessment of vocational and occupational competencies, quality assurance, risk mitigation and risk management through the public service sector and security industry. These courses include personal safety, close protection, CCTV, working in hostile environments, medical emergencies and lone working.
