Upon completing the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership, you will automatically be awarded Chartered Manager status. This can be studied as a qualification alone or as part of the Level 5 apprenticeship programme.

The programme is completed through a variety of assessments along a 15-18-month journey. This will cover 8 modules that we have carefully selected to help a current manager.

 

The modules include:

  • Managing Stakeholder Relationships
  • Managing Projects to Achieve Results
  • Managing Change
  • Managing Finance

 

As part of the programme, you will also attend our unique skills modules tailored towards your studies. These will bring your learning to life, these include management-based workshops, tasks and reflections. There will be 8 of these across the programme included within your programme.
