Our team is headed up by founder Katie who is a trained professional dancer and teacher.
Since opening in 2009, we’ve welcomed to the studios a wide variety of dance styles from belly dancing to break dancing, opened our doors to people of all abilities, and welcomed clients from the BBC, West End Theatre companies, local businesses, party planners and wedding couples, who have used the space for a wide range of activities.
Katie and her team of top class freelance dance teachers also take the benefits of dance out to schools, colleges, universities, businesses and organisations.

Fluid and expressive, Lyrical works to build strength and fluidity of movement inspired by powerful and emotive music.
Learn a dance routine on the hoop! Practise linking moves together, working on your style, timing and stamina. Learn a new routine each week and watch your strength and creativity grow! Not suitable for complete new starters.
Contemporary Lyrical dance is a style of dance that combines elements of several dance genres such as but not limited to, contemporary, modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet.
lyrical (Seniors) classes are offered by The Dance Depo Dance School All our teachers are experienced professionals qualified at associate or degree level in their chosen genre. All staff are CRB checked.
Lyrical is a style of dance that encourages individuality, fluidity, breadth of movement and strong emotions that are expressed through the lyrics.
