With this knowledge, you can start applying an M_o_R®-based risk management approach to organizational challenges so as to create or protect value for your organization.

This course has been designed to give you a working knowledge of the Management of Risk method and how to apply and tailor M_o_R 4 in a scenario situation. It is based on the Syllabus for the examination.

• Introduction to the M_o_R 4 process cycle

• Define context and objectives

• Identify threats and opportunities

• Prioritise risks

• Access combined risk profile

• Plan responses

• Agree contingency

• Implementing M_o-R 4 across different operating models

By the end of the course, you should be able to:

• Demonstrate you have an understanding of how to apply and tailor M_o_R® 4 in a practical context

• Start applying an M_o_R® 4-based risk management approach to organisational challenges to enable the creation and protection of value

The M_o_R® 4 Practitioner certification is intended for:

• Programme or Project Management professionals

• Professionals enabling or supporting effective risk management

• Risk professionals requiring a best practice approach to risk management applicable across regions, sectors and projects

Exam

• Objective-testing format

• 2 hours 15 minutes duration

• Questions are multiple choice

• A total score of 33 out of 65 (50% or higher) is required to pass

• This is an ‘open book’ examination. The Management of Risk: Creating and Protecting Value (M_o_R® 4 ) publication is permitted.
