Course Outline:

Familiarises learners with the national and/or international standards on quality management and quality services adopted by organisations. It also facilitates learners to acquire the knowledge and skills in managing quality systems and processes at the workplace that include managing customer expectations on quality aspects, monitoring the cost of quality and assuring work processes are performing in an acceptable manner using statistical techniques.

Provides learners the opportunity to apply, demonstrate and practise the knowledge and skills learnt on applying managing quality systems and processes through classroom and practical sessions.
