Performance management is a goal-oriented system to ensure that organizational processes exist to maximize the productivity of employees, teams and, ultimately, the organization.

The performance appraisal is a periodic event to reflect and evaluate past performance with the intent to identifystrengths and weaknesses of an employee’s performance and to identify developmental goals.

This training course will show how to set departmental and section goals and targets that are aligned to the overall strategic goal of the organisation, define KRA (Key Performance Areas) for departmental performance and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for employee performance. How to appraise employee performance according to KPI and provide necessary training for improving their skills.
