  • Session 3: Response to an event
  • Session 4: Plan an investigation
  • Session 5: What happened? (Collecting facts)
  • Session 6: Why did it happen? (Analyse immediate and underlying causes)
  • Session 7: What will we do about it? (Manage risk and make recommendations)
  • Session 8: How will we keep it safe?
  • Session 9: Investigating an event (case study)
  • Session 10: Worker Engagement, Participation and Representation
