When lifting or moving a load, the risk of a worker sustaining musculoskeletal injuries is very present. 

Although it is impossible to completely eliminate these occupational health and safety risks, it is possible to reduce their frequency and severity by adopting good techniques.

This online OHS training first aims to learn about the different elements that make up the back and how they work. 

It also presents the factors at the level of the technique used that can lead to back pain in addition to the intrinsic risk factors such as genetics, physical condition, excess weight and work experience.
