Delegates who attend this course will improve their knowledge of the risks to health and safety from the correct kinetic handling techniques and the requirements of the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, including associated risk assessment techniques.
Basic skills will also be developed in the techniques for training activities. Upon completion of the course, successful delegates should be able to undertake basic training in the workplace and possess an understanding of applicable risk assessments to their own workplace.
