Become an expert in your chosen field

  • During this Masters degree you will be required to produce a comprehensive thesis focusing on your chosen field within the hotels/hospitality industry. This will assist you in gaining expertise, allowing you to specialise in this area of work when you graduate.

  • Specialisation areas include: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Management, Human Resources, Food and Beverage, IT, Front Office and Rooms Division.

Learn by doing in our Hotel Campus

  • PIHMS is a fully operating simulated hotel campus.

Operational training

  • Students learn in the PIHMS hotel campus for part of their training. Gain an understanding of how the different departments within the hotel operate and function.

Work while you study

  • As part of the Masters programme, you can work 20 hours per week while you complete your research paper.

Entry criteria

Applicants require an appropriate Bachelor Degree in either business, management or a related hospitality area. Degrees in other disciplines may be considered if the applicant has 2-3 years relevant hospitality experience at a supervisory level, or equivalent.

All applicants are interviewed.

Overseas students will also require an ESOL minimum of IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6).
