The programme helps students to develop the ability to solve real-world problems, exercise sound management judgment and develop efficient decision-making skills.
MPM aims to trains students to acquire a wide perspective by providing courses in the core area of project management such as principles of project management, cost analysis, quality management, risk management, contract management and business management.
