About Us
I teach the traditions passed down to me by the Women of my Family. I also share a few Chef’s secrets, but don’t tell anyone. The ingredients, equipment and knowledge are all supplied in a night of fun.
Learn how easy it is to make wholesome fresh pasta to serve to your family and friends. We’ll make rustic noodles and stuffed pasta using fresh ingredients without preservatives along with accompanying sauces. You’ll never want boxed pasta again.
Week 5 (Fresh Pasta, Stuffed Pasta)
Roll up your sleeves, take off your rings and get ready for the fight of your life. The fight for fresh, delicious pasta. A fight that ends with you as the victor, celebrating with a mountain of flavor.
In this class, Melissa will walk students through the proper preparation of fresh pasta dough, then share some of the many possibilities for creative homemade long and stuffed pasta dishes. This is the perfect way for pasta lovers to while away some time while expanding their repertoires.
