Immerse yourself in the traditions and flavors of authentic Italian cuisine, guided by experienced Nonnas who will share their time-honored pasta-making secrets.
I teach the traditions passed down to me by the Women of my Family. I also share a few Chef’s secrets, but don’t tell anyone. The ingredients, equipment and knowledge are all supplied in a night of fun.
It includes hands-on pasta making experience followed by delicious tasting. Depending on the time of year, tastings are held either indoor or outdoor on a Waterview patio.
